Description |
16 packages of herbs, roots and bark in green paper package. "Pennyroyal" or hedeoma pulegiodes. Common names include squaw mint, stinking balm and tackweed. Made by S.W. Gould & Bros. Made to be combined with one ounce to a pint of hot water if used in an infusion, or loose, a wine glassful. Strong mint flavor, used in the treatment of digestive disorders, colds, whooping cough, painful menstruation and as an aid in childbirth. Caution is advised since the pure essential oil is very toxic and ingestion can be lethal whilst skin contact can cause dermatitis |
