Description |
Metallic, expandable urethral dilator. Urethrotome- Thin 21 cm. long shaft, split down the center, and can be spread open by a knurled wheel at the end, shaft may be brass. The spreader bars are jointed at the tip. An arrow- like central piece, the edges of which fit into grooves near the beginning of the curved spreader bars maintains alignment. The handle of brown wood is octagonal with alternating smooth engraved surfaces. There is a dilation scale in the top, metric. Metal plate inset engraved with Tiemann & Co. |
